Crystal Palace Inn Brownfield

I booked a King Room for 1 night and was kinda surprised by the spacious suite feel! The furnishings were great. The owner was really helpful, and the internet connection worked great. It was nice and quiet, perfect for a restful stay 😌

The room was splendid & quiet with three full beds, good prices. The personnel were helpful and gave us loads of advice. We walked everywhere, the location was favourable, in the middle of jackson...

The location was favourable, very close to Lubbock, restaurants, and Brownfield. Our reasonably large and impressive room was equipped with a mini bar and antique furniture, for instance. The staff was helpful at all levels.

This place is a hidden gem! The King Room was spacious with chic decor. The large screen TV and great internet kept me entertained during my solo escape.

Now, if only the microwave wasn't cleaning up a film from its past-the bathroom sink became its makeshift spa! And let's say the couch could use a little love.

The King Room was super spacious and had great amenities like a tv, microwave, and coffee machine. Air conditioning kept it comfy. The private bathroom was nice, and I loved having free toiletries. The owner was really helpful, and it was quiet for a great night's sleep.

The King Room was impressively larger than anticipated, with cozy decor and a comfortable bed. Though it was a bit removed from other establishments, I felt secure in the area. A small kitchenette was a nice touch, although more breakfast options would enhance the stay.

Our experience was tainted. The room was not up to par. It felt dated and unkempt. I was shocked to find a microwave that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It had a filthy film inside it, unusable until we scrubbed it in the bathroom sink. And to top it off, the breakfast offered was just cereal in plastic containers, clearly not suitable to advertise as an actual meal. This did not meet minimum standards! I'm outraged by the lack of maintenance.

Absolutely loved the dirty couches and the crusty microwave-how charming! I almost gave a good review if only the breakfast consisted of more than stale cereal in plastic containers. I also expected a good room upgrade considering my stay. Alas, the universe wasn't cooperating. Just couldn't handle it!

Solo travelers delight

The room was more like a luxurious suite than just a motel room. The owners have done an excellent job furnishing it, with a little alcove that was like a kitchen thanks to the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I was really surprised by the size-about three times larger than what I'd expected.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what you get, it's pretty acceptable.
